I had a power outage yesterday now my NBN connection device for fttc only comes up solid first two lights I rang my ISP apparently it came back the dpu was offline and they logged a fault with NBN to fix

Hi Jason, loving your videos.. I'm having a weird situation myself. The NBN Contractor has installed the NCD at my premises (FTTC Connection) and I am receiving all 4 lights (which is good news. However, I am not receiving 'Internet' for some weird reason. Aussie Broadband is saying that it's a fault on NBN's side however, I am not fully convinced. Have you come across this issue recently or with FTTC connections? Thanks – Jan Michael.

If your are first and only customer to fire a dpu it takes a while some up to 20min
