Now that i saw your Moderns I can tell you that was a shit Modern it has lots of problems I had it before and had lost of problems with it. Telstra now in 2019 got better Moderns and they have improved everything. This video is an old video and Telstra has improve their service now.

I have been with Telstra for 14 years and they have never let me down. If I have a problem they resolve it very quikly I don't know why other people have this type of problems because we din't have internet for 15 days and we were compensated due to the fact of no having internet. they always come to the party to resolve problems because the are scare shitless of the TIO so they have alway fix our problems on time sorry but we have no complains with Telstra they always do what we request them to do. we also got compensated for the 15 days we din't have internet they never have let us down sorry that this happen to you. by the way am a computer technision and I know how to talk to them. I have done customer service just like the people at Telstra and I understand what they are on about. so am sorry for your problems.

I went for a job at Telstra inbound and found the interviewer a bit of a buffoon never will have anything to do with them

You got em good, real good.

Actually all you guys did, who wouldve known there would be issues with Australias largest network provider. Try working for them and realizing the employees are on hold the same amount of time.

Had no internet for a month and one week. They said that their systems were fine and our router was the problem. Tried 3 different routers. Nothing. Since we have Telstra platinum they would come out and get the Internet working. They then said it was the systems at Telstra. Here is my few words for Telstra. Get your crap together.
