Thomas, I am setting up my new ipad 2020 and have set Chrome as default. To synch Chrome so my web bookmarks are imported, Google says to go to More > Settings and set up.
But it isnt showing on Chrome app (nothing that reads 'more'- it's supposed to be down on the lower right, but the only thing in the corner is an illumination symbol.
How do I navigate to the settings on chrome on ipad ??? (it does show up on the lower right hand corner of my iphone!! on a bottom 'toolbar'.).

Hi! Thank you Thomas. Just saw in my YT feed you have a newer video that's a 70 minute course. I'll go check that one out. I had the original I-Pad which no longer works so I just got the new one and need a refresher and I need to really get into the full functionality. This was a really good video and now I'm off to your new one Thanks again!

Thank you so much for this. I just bought an iPad for my dad's birthday (70+) and since I just got an iPhone for the first time in my life this year, I'm not at all versed with MACs/iPads. This will help me considerably learn the basics before I gift him the iPad later this week. Hopefully, I can share this vid with him as well to brush up on the basics. Cheers mate!

Oh and thank you for the voice speed tip. Very considerate of you 🙂

If you already have an iPhone, a new iPad will set itself up by connecting to the phone and copying the settings from there.

Great video Thomas, I am new to iPad but I have an iMac at home. I am having trouble getting apps to download. I tap on get and it asks for password, after this a box opens that says downloaded with a green check mark. This box slides down and that is it. No app is found anywhere. Is there something I missed during setup . Thanks. John Mckean
