The first step doesn't work for me, it won't display a number for me to dial, any way to fix this?

Star, hash, 61…. WTH? Going back to Samsung. Less time wasted without unnecessary bells and whistles.

The symbol # is neither a tag or hash. In the digital world of binary code, 1’s & 0’s, the Lb. # is a tone generator version of end of information, like a corporate phone tree for decimating departments, individuals or operator. A tag in a description you put on something and hash is a method of cooking, like hash brown potatoes. It is called a pound sign, a weight of measure used before George Washington as he used in notes as a surveyor in the New England Commonwealth. Only in social media platforms use a hash tag to draw information to it, like #England, #London, #Queen, etc.
Too quite and need to speak up and consider repeating a step if you choose to speak faster than your information can be written down. Pound = Lb.

Didn't work for me but **61*voicemail number**number of seconds# did
eg **61*121**30#
Use *#61# to check it's been changed

Reply
star burst 12/08/2021 - 23:41

Once you dial *#61#: the forwarding voicemail number appears -for vodaphone its 121.
For all other providers it maybe a unique set of numbers or a mobile number with the country code. ie +44……….
When changing the length of your ring time imput **61*0044……….*11*30# – NOTE the + is now two zeros
The last two digits is the length of time the phone rings for. ie 05,10,15,20,25,30 secs.
Hope this helps.

works perfectly but you cant extend it past 30 seconds which is unfortunate as I wanted to do it for 60 seconds.Still better than the original 10 seconds.
